Introduction to the Robot Training Center
HD Hyundai Robotics engages in all areas of robotics and factory automation, including engineering, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. By 2016, we achieved a significant milestone by surpassing 40,000 cumulative units of industrial robots produced, making us the first in Korea to reach this landmark. To share our experiences and expertise, we have established a collaborative management approach, setting up a government-certified joint Robot training center aimed at nurturing and supporting the workforce required by our partner companies.With our excellent educational infrastructure and diverse programs, we aim to contribute to the growth of your company by providing job competency enhancement training for employees in robot-related roles at partner companies.
We offer a variety of training programs tailored to the needs of the field, providing hands-on training throughout the year at no cost. The HD Hyundai Robotics Robot Training Center operates as a nationally accredited consortium training institution.
To address the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) due to a lack of skilled labor and technology, HD Hyundai Robotics, in collaboration with the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Industrial Human Resources Corporation, has formed a consortium with SMEs. We are dedicated to enhancing the job skills of employees belonging to companies covered by employment insurance. Through our exceptional training infrastructure and a variety of free educational programs, we provide comprehensive training to improve the job capabilities of SME workers at no cost.

Robot Maintenance Training
- Learn about the structure of the robot body, the function of its components, and power transmission.
- Study the composition of the robot controller and the function and roles of each part.
- Acquire diagnostic skills and preventative techniques to identify and resolve robot faults and errors, with hands-on practice.
- Develop knowledge and hands-on experience in collision detection.
- Develop maintenance skills to sustain the operating efficiency of production automation equipment.
